1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including a valid Pakistan mobile number and a secure password. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered b9999 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, b9999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at its sole discretion, void or confiscate any balances and pending withdrawals held within those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b9999 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits & Payments

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method registered on your b9999 account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods owned by the verified account holder — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30–90 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• b9999 may impose a minimum withdrawal amount, which is displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• b9999 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing large withdrawals.

In cases where b9999 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, withdrawal requests may be suspended pending investigation. b9999 will notify the player of any such hold as required by law.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

b9999 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of each promotion.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• b9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account termination.

7. Betting Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on b9999 are subject to the following general rules, as well as sport-specific and game-specific rules published in the relevant sections of the Platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed — cancellation or amendment of accepted bets is not permitted unless b9999 determines that an error has occurred.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on b9999 and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access the Platform or place bets.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or wagering on events whose outcome you have sought to or have influenced.
• Money laundering or using b9999 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing b9999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
• Attempting to circumvent b9999's security systems or verification procedures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing b9999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

b9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity is detected on the account.
• The account holder fails to pass identity verification or provide required documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• The account holder is found to be underage or ineligible under these Terms.
• Required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, b9999 may, at its sole discretion, void pending bets and confiscate the account balance. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to a breach, b9999 will return the verified account balance to the player's registered payment method after completing any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your b9999 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method.

10. Responsible Gaming
